Devendra Pratap Singh, J.- Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the respondents. This is an application for- cancellation of bail granted by the learned District Judge vide order dated 19.6.2010. 2. The only argument raised is that the respondents had earlier been released on bail, but subsequently sections 364-A and 120-B IPC were added and they have been released on the same bond which they had executed earlier. 3. This is a purely technical issue and there is no substantial evidence to show that the respondents have misused the bail. 4. Considering all the aforesaid facts, no case for cancellation of bail is made out. Rejected. Application Rejected.
