JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer: “(i) That the respondents may be directed to allow the revised pay scale of Rs. 2200-4000 as allowed to writ petitioners in CWP(T) No. 2179/2008 with effect from the date of their appointment to the cadre of CDPO, with all consequential benefits and interest at market rate on delayed payment;” 2. It is submitted that Annexure P-4, representation is pending before the respondent. There will be a direction to the respondent/competent authority to take appropriate action in the light of Annexures P-1 & P-2, judgments, without discriminating the petitioners, within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition and judgments, referred to above, by the petitioners before the respondent. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
