Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to provide Water and Sewerage connection towards the petitioner's residence situated at Old No.16, New No.15, Govindarajapuram, Second Street, Mylapore, Chennai within a stipulated period of time. 2. Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.G.S.Mohan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Petitioner seeks water and sewerage connection for his residence as above and has made a representation on 18.3.2011. Considering the nature of relief sought for and taking note of the representation said to have been given on 18.3.2011 in the format, the third respondent is directed to consider the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is objection as contended by Mr.G.S.Mohan, learned counsel for the third respondent, the authority shall enquire into the same and proceed in the matter in accordance with law. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
