Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records leading to the proceedings in No.RP2/2008 D2 dated 18.1.2008 on the file of the first respondent, and quash the same. 2. The main grievance of the petitioner is against the third respondent. A joint Memo dated 30.3.2011 has been filed by the petitioner and the third respondent which reads as follows:- "JOINT MEMO FILED BY THE PETITIONER AND THE 3RD RESPONDENT 1. The 3rd respondent has now given a letter dated 02.03.2011 undertaking to abide by the norms and conditions of the Mutt and carryout his duties to the satisfaction of the Mutt. He has also made it clear that he will obtain prior permission in writing if he wants to travel abroad. Taking into account the request made by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner will permit the 3rd respondent to join duty and the 3rd respondent will perform such duties as may be assigned to him and shall abide by the directions of the petitioner and shall not do anything prejudicial to the interest of the Mutt and the Temple. The 3rd respondent agrees to the same. 2. In view of the above, the petitioner hereby permits the 3rd respondent to rejoin the duty. 3. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent hereby withdraws the proceedings on RP.No.2/2008-D2 pending before the 1st respondent herein. In view of the above, the proceedings initiated by the 3rd respondent before the 1st respondent in RP.No.2/2008-D2 will be dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner permits the 3rd respondent to join duty with effect from 01.04.2011. 4. The petitioner and the 3rd respondent pray that the above writ petition may kindly be ordered in the above terms." 3. Recording the terms of joint memo the Writ Petition is disposed of as the relief sought for has become infructuous. The joint memo shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
