JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the judgment dated 6.7.2010 has not been complied with. Learned Additional Advocate General has brought to the notice of this Court that orders have been passed on 9.3.2011. In view of the apology tendered through the Learned Additional Advocate General for the delay, the COPC is closed without prejudice to the liberty to the petitioner, if still aggrieved, to pursue the surviving grievance, if any, in the appropriate proceedings.
