JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the recovery based on the Award passed by the Tribunal. In view of the change in the policy of the Corporation, as reflected in the notification dated 3.2.2009, the matter requires re-consideration. Accordingly, the impugned order is quashed with a direction to the respondents to consider the matter afresh in the light of the policy. The action, thus taken, shall be communicated to the petitioner. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
