JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioners approached this Court seeking the quashing of FIR in which they have been arrayed as accused. Learned Deputy Advocate General inviting reference to the affidavit filed by the Superintendent of Police, Shimla submits that the matter has been investigated and a final report is being filed and that the report is “untraced”. The above submissions are recorded. The writ petitions are closed, so also the pending applications, if any.
