JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is a teacher appointed on PTA basis. He is aggrieved since the fifth respondent has been appointed in his place on regular basis. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent can be accommodated, without any disturbance to him, in the nearby school, where there is vacancy. The petitioner may obtain the willingness of the fifth respondent and produce the same before the second respondent, in which case, the second respondent will take steps to accommodate the fifth respondent in the vacancy as pointed out by the petitioner, if available and in the resultant vacancy in case the petitioner is otherwise eligible and entitled, he may be engaged as PTA teacher, till he is replaced by a regular recruitee. The needful be done in three weeks. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
