Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the impugned detention notice, dated 02.03.2011, has been withdrawn. 2. In view of the said submission, since, no further orders are necessary, this Writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
