JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-1, order of transfer. According to the petitioner, in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the petitioner, request of the petitioner for accommodating the petitioner at DIET Mandi, Government Senior Secondary School, Bhagrotu and DIET Kullu has not been considered. 2. Having heard the learned Additional Advocate General, we are of the view that in case there is an open vacancy available, as pointed out by the petitioner, as above, there is no justification in not considering the case of the petitioner for adjusting the petitioner in that vacancy since the petitioner is shifted from the school. Therefore, there will be a direction to the second respondent to preferentially consider the petitioner for accommodation in the open vacancy at DIET Mandi, Government Senior Secondary School, Bhagrotu and DIET Kullu. The needful, as above, shall be done within 10 days from the date of the production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner alongwith a copy of the writ petition. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
