Shri Narayan Shukla, J.- It is pointed out that though this Court has re­produced the provisions of section 244(1) and (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the order, but in place of sub-section (2) of section 244, sub-section (2) of section 245 has been reduced in writing, therefore, the same is permitted to be replaced by the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 244 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is reproduced hereunder:- "(2) The Magistrate may, on the appli­cation of the prosecution, issue a summons to any of its witnesses directing him to attend or to pro­duce any document or other thing." 2. It is provided that in the order dated 14th of June, 2011, passed by this Court, in place of sub-section (2) of section 245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the sub-section (2) of section 244 of the Code of v Criminal Procedure, as above, shall be sub­stituted. Accordingly the order dated 14th of June, 2011 is modified sno motu.
