JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petition has been filed on the following prayers: “(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to grant benefit of uninterrupted tenure service to the petitioner w.e.f. August 1987 till 1994-95 regularize the services of the petitioner along with interest @ 9% per annum from the date from August 1987 till its payments. (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the uninterrupted tenure services for granting financial benefits as per the judgment annexure P-3 and also for seniority purpose.” 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue is squarely covered by a judgment dated 16.12.2010 rendered by this Court in CWP No. 4550 of 2010, titled Ravi Kumar vs. State of H.P. and another. If on facts the petitioner is also similarly situate person as the petitioner in the judgment referred above, she may point out the same before the second respondent/competent authority and the second respondent/competent authority shall take appropriate action in the matter in the light of judgment referred to above within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the Writ Petition, by the petitioner. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s) if any. Copy dasti.
