Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the impugned orders of the respondent, dated 30.9.2010, are set aside and the respondent is directed to pass assessment orders, afresh, on considering the objections, as well as the records, to be submitted by the petitioner, to the respondent, as certain discrepancies, are found in the impugned orders, with regard to the reported turn over, submitted by the petitioner and the adopted turn over, considered by the respondent. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 3. Hence, the impugned orders of the respondent, dated 30.9.2010, are set aside and the petitioner is permitted to file all the relevant documents and to raise the necessary objections before the respondent, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of such objections and on the production of the relevant documents, by the petitioner, the respondent shall consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1 and 1 of 2011 are closed.
