Satya Poot Mehrotra and Yogesh Chandra Gupta, JJ- As per the averments made in the writ petition, the petitioner was. having Current Account with the respondent-Bank, namely, Nagriya Sahkari Bank Ltd. The petitioner was also having various Fixed Deposits etc. with the respondent-Bank. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter-alia, praying for directing the respondents to ensure the payment to the petitioner of various amounts of the petitioner lying in deposit with the respondent-Bank. 3. Sri Ajit Kumar Singh has put-in appearance on behalf of the respon­dent Nos. 1 and 2. Sri Ajit Kumar Singh states that the licence of the respon­dent-Bank has been cancelled and a liquidator has been appointed. Sri Ajit Kumar Singh further states that it is open to the petitioner to make its claim before the Liquidator concerned, and the same will be dealt. Hi. in accordance with law. 4. In view of the statement made by Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition with the observation that it will be open to the petitioner to make its claim before the Liquidator concerned, and the Liquidator concerned will deal with the same in accordance with law.
