Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.7.2010 and accordingly direct the respondents to restore and reinstate the metro water connection for the Flat No.B, "B" Block "Vasupujya Apartment" at Door No.50 and 51, Hunters Road, Chennai 600 007 within a time to be fixed by this Court. 2. Mr.G.S.Mohan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Petitioner has made a representation dated 26.7.2010 to the respondents 2 and 3 to restore metro water connection for the petitioner's property mentioned above. Since the same was not considered so far, this writ petition has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the authority will consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5. Considering the relief sought for in this writ petition and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 26.7.2010 on its own merits and in accordance with law if otherwise in order expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
