Shashi Kant Gupta, J.;- This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the Additional District Judge, Court No. 12, Allahabad to expedite the proceeding of S.C.C. Suit No. 26 of 2008 (Sunil Kumar Jaiswal & another Versus Ved Prakash Dwivedi) pending in its court. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the respondent is adopting dilatory tactics, delaying the disposal of the suit. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Additional District Judge, Court No. 12, Allahabad is directed to expedite the proceeding of S.C.C. Suit No. 26 of 2008 (Sunil Kumar Jaiswal & another Versus Ved Prakash Dwivedi) without granting unnecessary adjournment to the either of the side provided there is no legal impediment. 5. With this observation the writ petition stands disposed of.
