JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order No.EDN-H-(19)B(1)-1/2009-Court Decision-Cont/PTA (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2. (b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to work at Government Senior Secondary School, Atiyaladai, District Kangra. (c) In the alternative, issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to post the petitioner at Government Senior Secondary School, Naura, the present Lecturer posted there is to retire on 31.3.2011 and till that time, she may be allowed to work at Government Senior Secondary School, Atiyaladai, District Kangra.” 2. It is seen that a vacancy is due to arise at Government Senior Secondary School, Naura on 31.3.2011. There will be a direction to the second respondent to preferentially accommodate the petitioner against the vacancy arising as above. In case the petitioner has not been relieved as on today, proceedings in that regard will be deferred till 31st March, 2011. Needless to say that the re-engagement of the third respondent will be deferred till 31st March, 2011. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
