Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide electricity connection to the petitioner in respect of the property at Old Door No.1/28 and 1/28A, New Door No.58 and 59, Badrian Street, George Town, Fort Tondiarpet Taluk. 2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents electricity board. In view of the order that is to be passed in this matter, the notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. The mandamus has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide electricity service connection for the property mentioned above. A copy of the application has been enclosed. The proof for submission of the above application has not been enclosed. Petitioner has also not made a request to consider such application. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation to the second respondent for the above stated relief along with a copy of this order. On receipt of the representation along with a copy of this order, the second respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. If the right of the third respondent will be aggrieved by such order, the authority shall proceed in the matter as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code, 2004. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
