Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to implement the Notification dated 2.6.2010 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 30.6.2010. 2. Mr. S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.I.Paranthaman, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the second respondent. Mr.U.Karunakaran, learned counsel takes notice, on behalf of the third respondent. By consent of all parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Petitioner seeks a mandamus to the third respondent to implement the Gazette Notification dated 30.6.2010 as mentioned above. Petitioner, however, has not given any representation to the competent authority for the purpose for which he seeks to implement the Notification. There is no cause of action for the petitioner to come to this Court at this stage. It is open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority setting out his grievance and proceed in the matter in accordance with law. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
