Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against petitioner's representation dated 19.1.2011 for disconnection and dismantle of the service connections given to the third and the fourth respondents insofar as the service connection No.082-001-33 given in favour of the third respondent and Nos.082-001-393; 082-001-266 and 082-001-32 given in favour of the fourth respondent are concerned. 2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 electricity board. 3. The representation given to the respondents 1 and 2 is to disconnect the power supply granted to the respondents 3 and 4. There is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, there is no statutory violation alleged. This Court is not inclined to go into the private dispute between the private individuals under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Finding no merit, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
