Judgment Deepak Gupta, J. The main grievance of the petitioner who was working as monument attendant is that there are no promotional avenues available for this post. The State in its reply has pointed out that monument attendants are also Class-IV employees and thus are included in the category of Class IV employees who are entitled to promotion to Class-III under 10% quota. Therefore, the petitioner has an avenue of promotion being a class IV employee. The petition is disposed of in view of the reply filed by the State. No order as to costs.
