JUDGMENT Mr. S.S. Saron, J.: - Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered against him on 30.11.2009 at Police Station Central Faridabad for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC. 3. The FIR in the case has been registered on the complaint of Sanjiv son of Vasudev Saluja. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and no specific role has been attributed to him. However, on the basis of disclosure statement of the co-accused of the petitioner, namely Mahesh Naagar, the petitioner has been arrested in the present case. 4. According to the prosecution case, Ikram son of Saleem and Sunil Advocate of Fardiabad Court along with Mahesh Naagar after conspiring amongst themselves committed fraud with the complainant by showing a forged agreement dated 29.06.2009 regarding land measuring 19 Kanals 13 Marlas in village Mangar which was gair mumkin pahar. The said agreement was executed in favour of Mahesh Naagar by the owners of the said land namely Raghubinder, Chander Kant and Surya Kant sons of Raghbir Singh. The petitioner was taken to Tehsil Complex by Mahesh Naagar and Ranjit Singh on the pretext that to sell the plot they were required to be identified by some person. On the said pretext, it is submitted, that the co-accused got thumb-mark of the petitioner for the purposes of identification of Mahesh Naagar. The challan in the case has been filed. The trial in the case is likely to take time. The case is triable by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2010 and his further custody is not required for the purposes of investigation. In the circumstances, the petitioner on his furnishing personal bond and surety to the satisfaction of the learned trial Magistrate shall be admitted to bail.
