JUDGEMENT 1. It appears that on 27.01.2011, this First Appeal was dismissed. In the first page of the Order, correct date has been mentioned whereas in the last page i.e. at page No.14 the date has been wrongly mentioned as 27th January, 2010 instead of 27th January, 2011. Therefore, the said date at page No.14 of theisaid Order may be read as 27th January, 2011. This Order shall form part of the Order dated 27th January, 2011.
