Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refund of EMD of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited on 3.1.2011 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum to the petitioner. 2. Mr.S.N.Kirubanandham, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. For the above stated relief, petitioner has given a representation on 30.3.2011 to the respondents. Petitioner's counsel states that the grievance of the petitioner will be met if the said representation is considered by the respondents. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose the representation dated 30.3.2011 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
