JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The petitioners have approached this Court with certain grievances regarding counting of ad hoc service followed by regular service without break. In certain cases, it is tenure service followed by regular service without break. As far as the first issue is concerned, the issue is covered in the decision in LPA No.36 of 2010 titled as Sita Ram vs. State of H.P. & others. 2. As far as latter issue of tenure service is concerned, the matter has been considered by this Court in a decision dated 16th December, 2010 in CWP No. 4550 of 2010 titled as Ravi Kumar vs. State of H.P. and another. There will be a direction to the second respondent, Director to look into the cases of the petitioners, verify the facts in the light of the decisions, referred to above and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with the copies of the judgments, referred to above by the petitioner concerned before the Director. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
