Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the directions issued by this Court, by its order, dated 31.03.2010, in W.P.No.5472 of 2010, had already been complied with. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 4. Since, no further orders are necessary, this contempt petition stands closed. No cost.
