JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition has approached this Court with certain grievances with regard to the selection and appointment to the post of Assistant Area Manager. This Court permitted the petitioner to provisionally participate in the selection process. The records have been made available in a sealed cover. It is seen that the petitioner has not been selected on merits. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed leaving open all the contentions. 2. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, the pending applications, if any, are also dismissed.
