Judgment :- 1. Mr.R.Mahadevan, the learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. 2. In view of the fact that the issue raised in the present writ petition relates to the assessment year 2010-2011, which had already come to an end, the impugned order of the respondent, dated 30.3.2011, is set aside. However, it is made clear that it would be open to the respondent to pass appropriate orders for the assessment year 2010-2011, as per law. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
