JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petition has been filed on the following prayers: “(a) That the respondents be directed to promote the petitioner from the post of consolidation Officer to the H.A.S cadre like Tehsildars (Revenue Department) w.e.f. due date with all consequential benefits by treating the services of petitioner as Tehsildar from the date, petitioner is working/appointed as Consolidation officer (Consolidation), since the post of Consolidation officer (Consolidation) and Tehsildar (Revenue are equivalent (the service conditions, Departmental examination and education qualification of both the posts are same) or to the next higher post of Settlement officer (Consolidation).” 2. According to the petitioner his representation, Annexure P-5, is pending before the third respondent. There will be a direction to third respondent/competent authority to take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with law and justice within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the Writ Petition, by the petitioner. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s) if any.
