Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the respondent had issued the impugned notice, dated 4.3.2011, following the directions issued by the appellate authority, by its order, dated 23.9.2009. He had also submitted that the petitioner had filed its objections to the impugned notice, on 24.3.2011. 2. The Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the objections raised by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent before an appropriate order is passed. He had also submitted that the petitioner would be permitted to file the relevant documents in support of its contentions. An opportunity of personal hearing would also be given to the authorised representative of the petitioner before a final order is passed. The petitioner would also been given further time for raising further objections, if any. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to file all the relevant documents, if any, in support of the claims made by the petitioner and to raise further objections, pursuant to the impugned notice, dated 4.3.2011, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such additional objections and the relevant documents to be filed by the petitioner, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
