Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to process the Planning Permission Application resubmitted by the petitioner company along with its letter dated 21.2.2011 and in the light of the explanation submitted by the petitioner company in their letter dated 28.3.2011, within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. 2. Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Petitioner has made an application for planning permission which was returned raising certain queries. According to the petitioners, the queries have been clarified and resubmitted on 21.2.2011 and thereafter a representation dated 28.3.2011 has been made to give the planning permission. Since the same was not considered, this writ petition is filed. 4. Considering the nature of relief sought for, the respondent is directed to consider the representation/claim of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
