Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass award and disburse the amount under the Land Acquisition Act for the lands in Valayamadevi Kizhpathy Village, Cidambaram Taluk and Cuddalore District in S.Nos.146/3C, 146/3D, 185/1A and 185/1B within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2. Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Learned Government Advocate states that the petitioners may be directed to make a detailed representation setting out his grievance to the first respondent and he will consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief except to direct the petitioners to make a detailed representation to the first respondent along with a copy of this order setting out the nature of grievance and such representation shall be considered within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
