Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 4.8.2010 submitted by the petitioner and grant Registration Certificate and Trade Licence in respect of Shop No.AU-19, Periyar Wholesale Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennai-600 092 in favour of the petitioner within such period as may be stipulated by this Court. 2. Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. On 4.8.2010 petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent and the same was not considered so far. Hence, present writ petition has been filed. 4. Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the authority will consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 4.8.2010 on its own merits and in accordance with law and including the plea to consider the civil Court's decision dated 16.4.2010 in A.S.No.284 of 2008 on the file of the Third Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the claim made by the petitioner. 6. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
