ORDER These are the cases in which the petitioners have either not raised their grievances in respect of their selection or otherwise as Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika before the Collector as provided in the Guidelines or they have not moved in revision before the Commissioner against any such order of the Collector or if they have already moved the Collector or Commissioner raising their grievances the same has not been disposed of till today. 2. Therefore, the writ applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their appeal/representation before the Collector and/or to file their revision before the Commissioner, if not already filed in accordance with the Guidelines. If such an appeal/revision is filed by the petitioners within four weeks from today or if they have already been filed the same shall be considered by the concerned authority on merits in compliance with the Principles of Natural Justice and shall be disposed of by a speaking order in accordance with law within the time limit fixed by the Guidelines for disposal of such appeal/revision.
