This writ petition has been filed with the allegation that the petitioner has got permit for the route known as Muzaffarnagar to Dadheru-Charthawal-Kasauli-Biralsi-Maheshpur-Nanauta-Garhikham-Oon-Deoband; but several other vehicles are plying over there without there being any permit. They may be restrained. 2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents. 3. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner may file a representation before the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (A/E), Muzaffarnagar (Respondent-2). In case any representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent no. 2 by a speaking order, if possible, within three-months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file certified copy of this order; other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with the representation. Respondent no. 2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner. 4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
