Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to submit a detailed reply to the show cause notices, dated 05.06.2009, 01.10.2010 and 06.04.2011, issued by the first respondent, within a specified period and if the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to submit its reply to the show cause notices, dated 05.06.2009, 01.10.2010 and 06.04.2011, to the first respondent, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the reply to be filed by the petitioner, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than twelve weeks thereafter. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
