Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes), appearing on behalf of the respondent. Issue order copy on 29.04.2011. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that an assessment order had been passed by the respondent, pursuant to the impugned notice, dated 08.11.2010. As such, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
