Judgment :- 1. Mr. R.Mahadevan, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the impugned orders of the respondent, dated 24.11.2010, are set aside and if the respondent is directed to pass orders, afresh, considering the objections to be filed by the petitioner, based on the documents to be furnished by the respondent, as sought for by the petitioner, by his letters, dated 28.5.2009. 4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 5. In such circumstances, the impugned orders of the respondent, dated 24.11.2010, are set aside. The respondent is directed to furnish the copies of the documents, as sought for by the petitioner, by his letters, dated 28.5.2009, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said documents, the petitioner shall file his objections, within fifteen days thereafter. On receipt of such objections, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. The writ petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1 of 2011 are closed.
