It is not in dispute that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment dated 28th July, 2010, rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in Rakesh Kumar Versus State of H.P. & Ors., C.W.P. No. 2735 of 2010. 2. Consequently, the petition disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioner for conferment of work charge status, strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
