JUDGMENT : On enquiry she stated that her date of birth is 26.7.1989. She is a major. It is further stated by her that she has wilfully married to respondent no.5 Bobby Yadav and is residing with him. She is not in wrongful confinement. She has also stated that on 10.12.2010 she informed to the petitioner about the marriage. Though the aforesaid factual position is denied by the petitioner, who is present in the Court, but it appears that the factum of marriage was in the knowledge of petitioner, but he was not aware in respect of the whereabouts of the Ms. Antara Pal. Considering the fact that Ms. Antara Pal is not in wrongful confinement and is residing wilfully with Bobby Yadav, with whom she has stated that she has got married, in these circumstances, proceedings of this petition of Habeas corpus are closed, with no order as to costs.
