Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioners are permitted to make representations to the respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petitions and if the respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioners are permitted to make representations to the respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petitions, within a period of ten days from today, and on such representations being submitted, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5. With the above directions, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
