JUDGMENT : The Court: The art.226 petition is disposed of directing the Block Development Officer, Diamond Harbour-II to decide the petitioners’ application dated February 17, 2011 (at p.72) for permission to perform Pujas. The Block Development Officer shall give a reasoned decision by February 25, 2011. The decision shall be communicated to the petitioners. If the petitioners are entitled to permission, then permission shall be issued immediately. No costs.
