Judgment :- M. JAICHANDREN J., At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent University had placed before this Court a communication, dated 4.6.2007, issued by its Registrar, stating that the scrutinising committee, in its meeting held on 18.5.2007, had approved the issuance of the 'Provisional Eligibility Certificate' and the same had been communicated to the Directorate of Technical Education, on 18.5.2007, for further action. It had also been stated that the candidate had also appeared for the examinations and that he had completed the Bachelor of Engineering (CSE) in Bharathidasan Engineering College, in the month of May, 2009. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
