Judgment :- 1. This petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR against the accused persons on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2011. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned counsel Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, appearing for the learned Public Prosecutor. 3. The petitioner had preferred a complaint dated 07.05.2011. On perusal of the complaint it is seen that if the allegations therein are true, the same would make out commission of serious offences. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to register FIR against the accused persons on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2011 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 4. With this direction, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
