JUDGMENT: Justice Rajiv Sharma, J. Respondents were directed to examine the case of the petitioner in view of judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 1594/2008, Man Singh versus State of H.P. and others, decided on 27.7.2009. It has come in para 4 of the reply that the case of the petitioner is being considered for regularization as per the policy of the Government.
