JUDGMENT :- The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
