Hon'ble RAFIQ, J.—Learned counsel for the appellants at the outset has relied on the judgment of this Court in Ramchandra vs. Gopal & Ors. (SBCMA No.691/2000) decided on 21/10/2010 by which co-ordinate bench of this court while setting aside the impugned-award, which was common award in all the matters has remanded the matter to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur for re-hearing and re-decision. 2. Having regard to the facts aforestated, the award dated 11/4/2000 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur, City, Jaipur is set-aside and the matter is remanded back to the said Tribunal for deciding the matter afresh in the light of the aforesaid order passed by the co-ordinate bench of this court. Parties to join the proceedings before the Tribunal as and when the matter is next fixed. 3. The appeal stands disposed of.
