JUDGMENT :- 1. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent/Plaintiff has made an endorsement that 'the Suit has been settled between the parties and hence nothing survives in this Revision.' 2. In view of the aforesaid endorsement, this Civil Revision Petitions is dismissed as an infructuous one. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
