JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayers: “ b) That a Writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued to the respondents directing them to treat the petitioner on deputation in the Federation till he completes 10 years of service and to grant retrial/pensionary benefits to the petitioner after taking into account the services rendered by him in the Animal Husbandry Department to the Government of H.P. c) That the respondents be directed not to discriminate against the petitioner and to treat him in the same manner as the other transferees/deputationist from the Animal Husbandry Department of respondent No.2 and to comply with the judgments (Annexure P-4, P-5 & P-6 ).” 2. According to the petitioner, the issue is covered in his favour by Annexures P-4 and P-5, judgments. It is for the 3rd respondent to examine the same. Therefore, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to look into the matter and in case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the judgments, referred to above and in case those judgments have become final, a similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner herein also. Needful action as above, shall be taken within a period of three months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition, by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
