JUDGMENT :- M. JAICHANDREN, J. This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to pass an order, as per the directions issued by the first respondent by his order, dated 16.12.2009, in Order In Appeal C.Cus.No.1537/2009. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents is not in a position to show that an order had already been passed, as directed by the first respondent, in his order, dated 16.12.2009. 3. In such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to pass an order, as per the directions issued by the first respondent, in his order, dated 16.12.2009, made in Order In Appeal C.Cus.No.1537/2009, if no such order had been passed till date, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
